“Spring is a swell of dreams and wishes.” — Luke Parker
What is it about spring that has me dreaming? Dreaming of days gone by. School days. Days where dandelion seeds were floating on the wind with one puff of breath. Bubbles floating away. Warm breezes with sweet scents. Playing with friends on a swing set.

And dreaming about loved ones. This sweet old dish was a favorite of my Aunt Mary. I have always loved it, and was excited to be able to have it and a few others she had that were similar. She gave them to me years ago.

Easy to fill with just a bit of water to float a few precious pansies.

If you are a long time reader of this blog (thank you if you are), you may remember how much I love pansies. A flower of remembrance. It says, “Thinking of you.” And I am thinking of spring. Of family today. Of family who have passed. Thank you Aunt Mary.
With this sweet little vase, I am linking in with the wonderful meme, In A Vase On Monday, from Cathy at Rambling in the Garden. All the pictures shared in this post were taken with my Nikon Coolpix or iPhone camera.
